If you have lost your laptop charger you must come into the Scotch Tech Centre to receive a replacement. There is no way to avoid a charge, as you have to return your charger when you get a new laptop every two years, so it is better to get a replacement sooner.


If you have damaged your charger, please also visit the Scotch Tech Centre, where we will assess the damage and let you know if you need a replacement. Broken or split chargers can be an electrical risk, as well as potentially damaging your laptop whilst charging.  


Remember that if you return a broken adaptor, we can get them exchanged at a reduced price, so it is better to return it ASAP if it is broken.
