If your power adapter stops working please bring it along to the Tech Centre with your laptop as we need to test both parts. The test only takes a few minutes and a replacement adapter will be issued if it is deemed to be faulty.
The images below show adapters not covered under warranty. An out of warranty replacement can be issued for a reduced cost of $94.00 (current at 22/1/19).
Power adapters should always stay at home. They have no markings and are easily lost or misplaced at school. The library has adapters for loan if your laptop needs recharging at school.
If you have lost your power adaptor, you can get a replacement for a cost of $119.00 (current at 22/1/19).
