Answer
If you need the library to take a relief class, you must follow the correct procedure.
- Send an email to the Library - not directly to Brad Tyrrell. Ensure that you CC both the Academic Services Officer and your Curriculum Leader in to your email. If you are the Curriculum Leader, CC yourself so you have a record of your request.
- To book a space in the Library, please refer to this FAQ.

- Include all the relevant details in your email - most importantly, the Date and the correct Period.
- Once your request is Approved, make sure that the class is aware of the new location - in addition to emailing the students, leave a note on the classroom door to avoid any confusion.
