Answer
At Scotch, the data of your issued computer is automatically backed up with a service called CrashPlan . When connected to the PLCScotch Wi-Fi Network your computer uploads all of your files to the CrashPlan server. This means that you don't need to worry about losing your data – it is always being securely stored on the server.
If you are unsure if CrashPlan is working on your computer, or have any queries please contact the Scotch Tech Centre.
Please read this guide if you wish to learn more about CrashPlan .
