Answer
The easiest way to renew your WWC is online. WWC's are issued by the Department of Children's Services. A WWC is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The Department of Children's Services offer an online renewal service.
- You will need to login to the WWC website in order to lodge and pay for your renewal application.
-
When you are asked for a Scotch Staff member to approve your renewal application, you are only allowed to add current Human Resources staff members. They currently are: Tanya Swinny, Senior Human Resources Adviser; Amber Koenig, Human Resources Co-ordinator; and Abbey Thomas, Human Resources Administration Assistant. Their details will autofill into the form as you fill it out.
- You will also have to nominate a current Human Resources Staff member to receive the notification advice from the Department of Children's Services. This will ensure that Scotch College verifies your renewal application.
- You may prefer to collect a signed application form from Human Resources and renew and pay at an Australia Post Office. If you choose this option, you must provide a copy of the Australia Post receipt to Human Resources for your file.
- Please follow the link below to create your account and pay for the renewal online.
