Katie Kent is the point of contact for Junior School stationery orders and the creation of customer Purchase Order (PO) numbers. If your order is urgent and Katie is absent, please contact Claire Morton. Katie can be contacted via email at katie.kent@scotch.wa.edu.au, and Claire can be contacted via email at claire.morton@scotch.wa.edu.au.

 

Please supply the following information in your email:
 

  1. Product Name, ID Code and the Quantity required.
     
  2. Supplier/Company Name with each item (if known). The preferred supplier for general stationery items is Staples. To view product details, you can visit their website here.
     
  3. Include approximate Price of the item(s). If the total value of the request exceeds $200, please contact the Head of Junior School to seek approval for the purchase.
     
  4. Nominate a Budget that will be used to pay for the item(s), if known.
     

N.B. Staples orders are delivered the next day in most cases. If your order is urgent, please inform Katie when placing your order.
