Answer
Upon receiving a Headphone replacement request, a WHD Ticket will need to be created. A request can be received in two ways;
- A Scotch Staff Member or Parent Emailing techcentre@scotch.wa.edu.au
- During the Morning Rounds of Junior School.
Once the request has been received you will need to:
- Create a WHD ticket with the corresponding student being the Client.
- Attach a Plastic Tag with the relevant WHD ticket number.
- After creating the ticket, a Replacement Pair can be delivered to the student. The spare sets of headphones can be found in the JML Storeroom. If there are none present in the storeroom speak to Linda to see how to proceed. Label the headphones with the Student's Name.
