Answer
Sometimes websites will not load, function, or let you log in because they are trying to run on old information in your browser's cache. Clearing your Cache will Ensure that these Websites Run Smoothly.
- Open Firefox Preferences (by opening Firefox > Preferences in the menu bar).
- Select the Privacy Tab, scroll down to History and click Clear History...
- In the dialog box that appears set the time to clear to Everything.
- Under the History Tab, ensure that Cache and Cookies are selected. Click Clear Now.
