Answer
Sometimes websites will not load, function, or let you log in because they are trying to run on old information in your browser's cache. Clearing your Cache will Ensure that these Websites Run Smoothly.
- Open Google Chrome
Preferences by clicking Chrome > Preferences in the menu bar.
- At the bottom of the Settings page , click Advanced.
- Under the Privacy and Security heading that appears, select Clear Browsing Data
- Select All time from the drop down menu, and ensure that the only the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files boxes are checked. Click Clear data.
