If your Microsoft Applications are playing up, then the best thing to check is that they are up to date. Your applications not being up to date is often the cause of many problems.
To update any Microsoft Application :
- Open the Application.
- Go to the Help Option in the Menu Bar and select Check for Updates.
- Microsoft Update will open. Click Check for Updates.
- If there is anything to install click Install and Follow the Prompts. If everything is already Updated it will display the following message:
- If the problem persists with your Microsoft Applications
