I am logged into OfficeMax eBooks Reader but I cannot see the textbooks. What should I do?


If you have successfully logged into the OfficeMax Reader  but your textbooks are not showing up:

  1. Check that you have scrolled down to My Purchases - it is not always visible on the screen.
  2. Have your parents purchased the text books? Activation can take a day or so to process. Ensure your parents have definitely purchased the eBooks. Steps on how to purchase the eBooks can be found at How do I purchase my OfficeMax eBooks?
  3. Are you activated? In the bottom left hand corner of the page click on the Gear Icon and select Activate - this process can take a few moments.
