Answer
At the beginning of the day:
- Turn on computers
- Remove chargers from iPad OPACs
- Check iPad OPACs are charged and functional
- Log in to Oliver, Desk and email
- Check Desk.com assigned tickets
- Return any books in Return Boxes
- Shelve returned books
- Quick tidy as you shelve
- Check emails
- Begin daily duties
Notes:
- Junior School teacher arrives for duty at 7:40 am, boys are not allowed in the library before the duty teacher arrives
- Junior School boys will place books they have read before school in the Returns Box. It is best to return and shelve after they leave to avoid double handling.
