Answer

If you cannot login to SEQTA Teach  you can attempt to solve this problem by logging in via a Private Window. The primary reason this problem exists is due to SEQTA Teach  attempting to log in with out of date credentials, meaning it will fail to log you in. Below are steps for different browsers on how to create a Private Window.

  1. For Google Chrome  users, click the Settings icon in the top right corner and then press New Incognito Window.

  2. For Firefox  users, click File then press the New Private Window button.

  3. For Safari  users, click File and then click New Private Window.

  4. For Microsoft Edge  users, click the Settings icon in the top right corner and then click New InPrivate Window.

Once you get into a Private Window you can login normally to SEQTA Teach . Alternatively you can press Command+Shift+N on a Mac to open a new Private Window or Control+Shift+N for a Windows user.
