Open the Oliver app. If it does not appear in your dock, please email library@scotch.wa.edu.au

Make sure the Return button is selected. Scan the book’s barcode into the item field. Returned books will appear in Recently Returned Items. 

 

LOG-ON TROUBLESHOOTING

The computer has re-started and I don’t know the username/password.

  • You will only need a username/password to log onto the laptop
  • Have you searched your email for the “Home Readers Instructions” from the library?
  • Call the library Ext. 645 or 1 Degree Ext. 902

 

RETURNS TROUBLESHOOTING

Loan not permitted. Barcode XXX is not in the catalog.

  • Are you scanning the Scotch College barcode, not the ISBN?
  • Have you selected Return?
  • Call the library Ext. 645 or 1 Degree Ext. 902

 

Student claims item returned, but item is still in their name

  • Usually item has not been scanned properly
  • Ask student to look for item in class library
  • Email library@scotch.wa.edu.au
