As all email signatures will be automated in 2017, it is necessary to delete your current signature. Thankfully, Outlook makes this simple.
- Open a new Outlook email and click on Signature in the task bar.
- Select Signatures... from the drop down box.
- Delete all text and images from the text box for all saved signatures.
