How do I change the default font in Outlook?


Answer

Default fonts can be changed in the Outlook preferences pane. To change the default font, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Outlook .
  2. Select Preferences in the Outlook toolbar.
  3. Select the Fonts options.
     
  4. Click the Font button to edit the default font preferences. Note that you have to change the default settings for New mail, Reply or forward and Plain Text.
  5. Select Helvetica, with an Automatic colour and Size 11 font. Press OK to save these changes.
