Q. How do I change the default font in Outlook?

Default fonts can be changed in the Outlook preferences pane. To change the default font, follow the steps below:
- Open Outlook .
- Select Preferences in the Outlook toolbar.
- Select the Fonts options.
- Click the Font button to edit the default font preferences. Note that you have to change the default settings for New mail, Reply or forward and Plain Text.
- Select Helvetica, with an Automatic colour and Size 11 font. Press OK to save these changes.
