Answer
First you must upload the image desired into Oliver.
1. Navigate to System -> Housekeeping -> Upload files to server
2. Select File type -> Avatar then choose the image file
3. Select Upload Files to Server
4. A confirmation message will appear
5. Navigate to Management -> Parameters -> Search 4803 for boys, 4804 for girls.
6. Select Parameter 4803 -> Select image you just uploaded
7. Save
8. Navigate to Orbit -> My Library -> Settings
9. Select Avatar image from menu, then Save
10. You can also change the color scheme from here.
