How do I print in A3 using Office?


Answer

To Print a Word  document or Excel  spreadsheet in A3:

  1. Navigate to the Layout tab at the top of the document. 
  2. Click on the Size option in the tab. 
  3. Select the A3 Size from the top of the menu.
  4. Print your document by pressing Command + P and selecting the Print button.

 

 

To print a Powerpoint  document in A3:

  1. Press Command+P.
  2. Select the Show Details button.
    - If you selected this option last time you printed a Powerpoint, you won't need to complete this step.
  3. Select the Drop Down bar shown below.
  4. Select Page Attributes.
  5. Select the Paper Size drop down bar.
  6. Select A3.
  7. Now press Print.
