How do I enable call forwarding on CISCO phones?


CISCO Desk Phones have the function to be able to forward all incoming calls to an elected number if you are going to be away from your desk for an extended period of time. This FAQ covers how to setup call forwarding.

  1. Press Forward Call.

  2. Enter the Number you would like to receive calls on. If it is an External Number, enter 0 before entering the number. 
    1. ​If your phone is not able to connect to external numbers, then you can only enable call forwarding to Internal Numbers.
  3. Once you would like to Disable call forwarding, press Forward Off.
