Answer

For reference, if you are migrating past exams from the old past exams website, it can be accessed through the my.SCOTCH admin interface on Libapps, then simply search for exams.
 

  1. Open up the past exams dashboard through the link found here. If you cannot log in to the dashboard, or you can't see the below menus, talk to Brad so you can gain access.
     
  2. Click on Media in the right-hand menu.

     
  3. Click on Add New in the right-hand menu.

     
  4. Drag the exam you would like to upload, into the box shown.

     
  5. Once the exam has finished processing, click Edit.

     
  6. Change the following fields:
     
    1. Exam Name

                     For Years 11 and 12:
                        20xx Year (11 OR 12) ATAR (Source) Semester (1 OR 2) (Course) (Exam or Marking Key) (*ONLY ADD IF MORE THAN ONE OF THE SAME NAME* Paper A OR B)

                     For Years 9 and 10:
                        20xx Year (9 OR 10) (Source) Semester (1 OR 2) (Course) (Exam or Marking Key) (*ONLY ADD IF MORE THAN ONE OF THE SAME NAME* Paper A OR B) 

                     For IB:
                        20xx IB (HL, SL OR HL:SL) (Course) (May OR November) (*ONLY ADD IF NOT TZ0*) TZ1 OR TZ2) Paper (1, 2, 3 OR 4) (Exam OR Marking Key)

      or if it's a Year 11 Mathematics Scotch IB Exam, do as follows,
      20xx IB (Source) (HL, SL, or HL:SL) Mathematics Semester (1 OR 2) Paper (1 OR 2) (Exam or Marking Key).

              
    2. Exam Source

                      Select the Source that corresponds to the exam. 


       
    3. Exam Date & Time

                      Only change the Year value to the Year the exam was published (i.e. 2014).


       
    4. Exam Year

                      Tick the box that relates to the uploaded exam.


       
    5. Exam Pathway

                      Tick the box that relates to the uploaded exam.


       
    6. Exam Course
                      
                      Tick the box that relates to the uploaded exam.


       
    7. Exam Semester

                      Tick the box that relates to the uploaded exam.



       
  7. Click Update once all fields have been edited.

     
  8. The uploaded exam should now appear in Media Library.
