Answer
If you are receiving the following error message when trying to log on to your Mathletics App there are two possibilities;
- Your Mathletics password or username is incorrect. You can check your Username and Password with your classroom teacher.
- Your iPad has less than 2GB of storage. You can check your storage under Settings.
- Click General and iPad Storage. If you have less than 2GB of storage on your device you will be unable to log into your Mathletics App. In this case you may need to remove some files off your iPad to free up some storage space.
