Students in years 3 and above are able to change your school password via the Password App  on your iPad. This will allow you to change your password if you have forgotten it or if you need to change it for another reason. To do this:

  1. Open the Password app. If you cannot find it, Search "password" in the iPad search bar.
    1. If it is not on your iPad please come and see the Tech Centre.
  2. It will open Safari  and ask you if you know your current password.
    1. Password requirements mean your password MUST contain at least 8 Characters, an Upper Case letter and at least One Number.
    2. If you know your current password, press the Green Yes button. Then enter your Username, Current Password and your New Password into their respective boxes. Press "Reset Password" and your new password is now set!
  3. If you do not know your current password, press the Red No button.
    1. After you have pressed the Red No button, you will be prompted to enter your School Email ( 
    2. If you have entered your email correctly, you will receive an email with a link to the password reset.
  4. When you Click on the link, it will take you to a page on Safari  where you can enter your new password. Make sure that your password has: 
    • At least ONE lower-case letter.
    • At least ONE upper-case letter.
    • At least ONE number.
    • DOES NOT have your name or address.
    • At least EIGHT characters in the password.
      Note that your new password cannot be the same as your previous one. Please double check that your password meets all of these requirements.
  5. Then press submit and your new password is set!
