Answer
Note: When you rename your OneNote Notebook that has been shared with other people, you will need to re-share the link to the notebook. This happens because the rename causes the URL to change and this means that other staff and students will not have access to it, if it is not re-shared.
To rename your notebook, follow these steps:
- Go to Office365
online and click on OneDrive
.
- Once in OneDrive
online, find and select the Folder that contains the Notebook you want to Rename.
- Then click on the Three Dots on the Notebook you want to rename, and then click the Rename option.
- Type in the new name and click Save.
Remember, if you Change the Name, you will change the URL. This means that you have to Re-Share the Notebook to anyone you previously shared it to.
If you get stuck or need any help completing this, feel free to contact the Tech Centre.
