To change the voicemail message on the Cisco Desk Phones, follow these steps.

  1. Press the Message Button Envelope with signals coming out of it. The phone has to be turned on and not in a call.
  2. The phone will then prompt you to enter a Pin followed by a hash (#). The pin will be 147258
    • If the pin does not work, it might have already been set to a different pin. You will have to contact the Tech Centre to reset the pin.
  3. The phone will then allow you to change the voicemail.


Please note: To complete this you may be required to set up a 6-digit pin, if one is not already set. Please set it to the pin given in step 2. The Tech Centre can reset it if you forget it or make a mistake.
