Answer

If a printer runs out of toner, it will need a replacement before it can print again. To get a replacement toner, members of staff can either:

  1. Send a service ticket to the Tech Centre at service@plc.wa.edu.au, noting which toner needs replacing and where the printer is. 

    or
     
  2. Follow the instructions on the printer to take out the toner, and then take the empty cartridge to the Tech Centre and they will give you a replacement.
