If a printer runs out of toner, it will need a replacement before it can print again. To get a replacement toner, members of staff can either:
- Send a service ticket to the Tech Centre at email@example.com, noting which toner needs replacing and where the printer is.
- Follow the instructions on the printer to take out the toner, and then take the empty cartridge to the Tech Centre and they will give you a replacement.
