- Open up the Scotch Password Reset
App.
- If you don't have it, download it from Self Service
- If it isn't available on Self Service, contact the Tech Centre.
- If you don't have it, download it from Self Service
- It will open the following screen. Tap Yes, if you know your password, and tap No, if you don't.
- If you tapped Yes, fill out the details below, and your password should reset.
Remember that it must have at least 8 characters, and includes an uppercase, lowercase, and a number.
- If you tapped No, enter your email address, and click submit, you should receive an email with a link. Click the link, and create your new password.
