Answer

  1. Open up the Scotch Password Reset App.
    1. If you don't have it, download it from Self Service 
    2. If it isn't available on Self Service, contact the Tech Centre.
       
  2. It will open the following screen. Tap Yes, if you know your password, and tap No, if you don't.

     
  3. If you tapped Yes, fill out the details below, and your password should reset.

    Remember that it must have at least 8 characters, and includes an uppercase, lowercase, and a number.

     
  4. If you tapped No, enter your email address, and click submit, you should receive an email with a link. Click the link, and create your new password.
