Changing your default Reply setting in Webmail can be very beneficial, as it can save you the awkwardness of replying to all recipients of an All Staff email, or similar situations. To do this, follow the instructions below.


  1. Log in to Webmail. If you're unsure of how to do this, please check this link: How do I access Webmail?

  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the page, and click View all Outlook settings.

  3. Go to Mail > Compose and reply and look for the Reply or Reply all heading. Change it to Reply if it is not already selected.

  4. Save button will appear at the bottom of the Settings window. Click this to save your changes and continue using Webmail.
