Safari:

In the Safari app on your Mac, choose File > Import From > 'Bookmarks HTML File...'. Select your previously saved Bookmarks HTML file.

Your safari bookmarks have now been imported!

Chrome:

If you decide to use a different browser, you can take all your Chrome bookmarks with you.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Select Bookmarks and thenImport Bookmarks & Settings.
  4. In the Import Bookmarks and Settings window, select Bookmarks HTML File from the drop down list.
  5. Click 'Choose file' and select your previously saved Bookmarks HTML file.

Your Bookmarks have now been imported into Chrome.

Firefox:

  1. Click on the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel. Click Bookmarks and then click the Manage Bookmarks bar at the bottom.
  2. From the toolbar on the Library window, click the Import and Backup button and choose Import Bookmarks from HTML… from the drop-down menu. Fx80BookmarksLibrary-mac  
  3. In the Import Bookmarks File window that opens, select your previously saved Bookmark HTML file.
  4. Click the Open button. The Import Bookmarks File window will close.
  5. Close the Library window.

Your Bookmarks have now been imported into Firefox.
