How do I convert a Word document into a PDF?


Answer


The options to convert a Word  document to a PDF  are found in the Print Menu of Word .

  1. Open the Word  document that you wish to convert to a PDF. Select File > Print.

     

  2. Click on the PDF option in the bottom left so that a drop down menu appears.

     
  3. Select the Save as PDF option.

     
  4. Choose a Title and a Location to save your document. Once you've put in all your information click Save.

     
  5. Once you've clicked save, your document will be where ever you saved it. For instance the document in the example above will be saved in the Documents folder.
