Answer

SEQTA Teach  (formerly TA ) allows you to email an entire class or their parents through SEQTA. SEQTA Teach can be found under the Staff section of home.SCOTCH or home.PLC.

 

  1.  Log in to SEQTA Teach  using your Teacher User ID (UID).  

     
  2. Once you have logged in under the Timetable in the side menu then select the attendance button for the class you wish to email. 

     
  3. Select Email at the top of the window. This will allow you to select a from three options. Students, will email all the students in this class. Guardians will email all the parents of this class. Students & Guardians  will email both the students and parents. 

     
  4. Selecting any of the above options, will the open a new email in your default email application. All the contacts will appear as Bcc: Write the content of the email, and send it.
