Answer

If you are in the process of editing or creating a note on a ticket in  Web Help Desk , you will be unable to modify the status of the ticket nor save the ticket. Here is an example:



To fix this:

  1. Firstly finish creating and/or editing your note, then click on the Save or Cancel button.

     
  2. After you have saved/canceled editing the Status dropdown menu as well as the Save and Save & E-mail buttons will be available again.
