How do I get my message onto the Scotch digital signage?


Answer

It's very easy to submit content to be circulated on the digital signage service. You can send in almost anything - slides, videos, pictures; just email in and we'll see what we can do.

 

In order to get your content on the digital signage system, follow these steps;

 

  1. Create your content! As mentioned before, many different formats are supported. Just make sure you export in a Full HD (1080x1920) frame size, in order to make full use of our widescreen displays. Feel free to use the Template provided in the links section below.
     
  2. Email your file to library@scotch.wa.edu.au.
     
  3. Once the content has been approved, it will then be circulated around the campus on the digital signage system.
